• Research Interests: Physiology of interactions between plants, microorganisms and the environment.

The primary interest of his research concerns plant physiology and in particular the study of the mechanisms of communication between the plant and the microorganisms (beneficial and pathogenic) that surround it, to understand the processes responsible for the induction of resistance, the biological control of pathogens, the promotion of growth and resistance to abiotic stress.
