Swapnojoyi exists to fix that from the beginning of their undergraduate journey.

What we believe
- Guidance is a right, not a privilege. Every student, regardless of background, deserves access to career mentorship.
- Talent is universal. Opportunity is not. Bangladesh produces brilliant minds. What’s missing is a bridge between potential and opportunity.
- Start early, win big. The difference between confusion and clarity begins in the first year of university – not the final year.

The System Left Students Without a Map
This is not a criticism of Bangladesh’s universities. It is an honest observation.
- Limited career exposure – Most students don't explore career options even in their final year.
- Limited research culture – Hands-on research experience is rare at the undergraduate level.
- Weak industry-academia connection – Students don't know what the job market needs.
- Less structured mentorship. Guidance happens by chance, not by design.
