Building the Foundation
During this phase we: Studied common academic challenges faced by Bangladeshi students. Consulted MSc, PhD and research professionals studying abroad. Developed curriculum ideas and mentoring frameworks. Built partnerships with researchers and academic advisors. Started developing our digital platform and knowledge base.
From Vision to Action
Formation of an international academic advisory team. Develop Navigator and Explorer academic pathways. Student seminars and workshops. Development of the Opportunity Board. Building a Professor & Research Database. Academic resources and practical guides. Campus engagement with Bangladeshi universities.
