About Us
💡
Why We Exist
Bangladesh produces thousands of talented science graduates every year. Yet many are unable to reach their full potential, not due to a lack of ability, but because of limited access to structured information, guidance, and direction.
Swapnojoyi exists to address this gap from the early stage of undergraduate education. We provide structured free and paid events, workshops, and sessions focused on four key development areas often not adequately covered in universities or aligned with individual student goals.
Our resource persons contribute their expertise to offer guidance, insights, and clear roadmaps so students can make informed academic and career decisions. Ultimately, progress depends on each student’s own commitment, consistency, and effort.
🌱
What We Are Building
We are building a generation of Bangladeshi students, future academicians, and industry professionals who are globally competitive from their very first year of university.
YES! Whether they are from public or private institutions, our values will define them as effective decision makers in their careers.

What we believe
- Guidance is a right, not a privilege. Every student, regardless of background, deserves access to career mentorship.
- Talent is universal. Opportunity is not. Bangladesh produces brilliant minds. What’s missing is a bridge between potential and opportunity.
- Start early, win big. The difference between confusion and clarity begins in the first year of university – not the final year.
- No one succeeds alone. Every successful professional had mentors, guides, and a community behind them. We want to be that for the next generation.
The System Left Students Without a Map
This is not a criticism of Bangladesh’s universities. It is an honest observation.
- Limited career exposure – Most students don't explore career options even in their final year.
- Limited research culture – Hands-on research experience is rare at the undergraduate level.
- Weak industry-academia connection – Students don't know what the job market needs.
- Less structured mentorship. Guidance happens by chance, not by design.
Without Knowladge / Guidance
University → Subject Knowledge Only → Final Year Panic → Last-Minute Applications → Rejections → "I wish I had started earlier"
The SWAPNOJOYI Path
Year 1 Clarity → Skills → Network → Mapping and Global Awareness → Strong Applications → National / International Opportunity ✓
A Team Built Around Students
Everyone involved with Swapnojoyi – from our core leads in Italy and the United Kingdom to our coordinator in Dhaka and our advisors around the world is here because they genuinely believe in what we are doing. We are not a consultancy. We are a community.
Our advisors are not hired consultants. They are academics, researchers, and industry professionals who were once in your exact position. They remember the confusion, the uncertainty, and the lack of direction. They made mistakes along the way – and those mistakes taught them what actually works. Now they want to help you.
