Mentorship Programs
Long-Term & Short-Term Mentorship
Two distinct mentorship tracks — one that walks with a student for years, one that solves a focused need quickly. Both are personal, structured, and outcome-driven.

Life Journey Mentor
One experienced mentor. One student. A relationship that begins when the student enters university and continues until their dream is realised — whether that is a PhD, a research career, or a global position.
- Deep student profile built from day one — background, strengths, goals, university context
- Mentor assigned based on shared field and target career path — not random matching
- On-demand guidance throughout the entire academic journey — no session limits
- Annual outcome review — what was achieved, what needs adjusting, what comes next
- Academic roadmap updated each year to reflect current opportunities and student progress
- Priority access to scholarship alerts, lab openings, and deadline tracking
- Full application support when the moment arrives — CV, SOP, cold emails, mock interviews
- Mentor reference letter upon successful completion of the journey

Focused Guidance Sessions
Structured short-term mentorship for students who need clarity, redirection, or targeted support in a specific area — without a long-term commitment. Resolved within weeks to a year.
- Higher Study Counselling— choosing the right MS/PhD program, country, and field based on your profile and goals
- Academic Redirection— for students who feel lost in their degree or unsure of their direction mid-study
- Emotional & Motivation Support— structured sessions for burnout, imposter syndrome, and academic anxiety
- Application Sprint— intensive 2–3 month support to complete and submit all application materials
- Research Entry— for students who want to start doing research but do not know how to begin
- Scholarship Strategy Session— single or series of sessions to identify and plan for specific scholarships
- Interview Preparation— mock interviews for PhD positions, MS admissions, or research lab applications
